It seems that no judge is letting any of the Real Housewives stars get away with anything this week. The judge in Teresa and Joe Giudice’s mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud case sentenced the New Jersey housewife and her husband to jail yesterday, citing that they need to be made an example of after the two continuously failed to follow instructions and come clean about their assets. Today, a judge in New York City chastised former Real Housewife of New York City, Bethenny Frankel for wearing her 4-year-old daughter’s pajamas.

The reality star posted a photo of herself dressed in her child’s pajamas to the internet this summer, and the backlash was brutal. The photo shows Frankel dressed in her 4-year-old’s Hello Kitty pajama shorts and tee shirt, and the judge in her divorce proceedings is not amused by her antics.

Ellen Gesmer, Manhattan Supreme Court justice said, “No more pajamas,” to Frankel’s lawyer today when he was in court working through  issues with her ex-husband’s lawyers. Allan Mayefsky, Frankel’s attorney, responded, “It was done as a joke,” to which the judge continued her thoughts.

“It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke,” before going on to say that the little girl would be scarred and suffer from this photo of her mother for her entire life. Frankel was not in the room when the comment was made, and she declined to offer any thoughts of her own when she was approached by reporters leaving the courthouse. Frankel’s lawyers and her ex-husband Jason Hoppy’s lawyers were in court today to discuss the value of the ex-couple’s assets. The court appearance had nothing to do with custody issues, but that didn’t stop the judge from making an example of Frankel’s behavior, which seems to be something that’s happening a lot this week.
